Welcome to PromptFlowAI. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the PromptFlowAI platform (“we,” “our,” or “us”), developed and managed by Sandro Gasparoto Consulting. If PromptFlowAI is accessed through a user account system, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and any activity under your access.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the platform for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
• Attempt to disrupt, disable, or reverse-engineer the platform’s functionality
• Share platform access outside your authorized organization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and materials within PromptFlowAI—including AI conversation flows, reports, and UI design—are the intellectual property of Sandro Gasparoto Consulting. You may not reproduce or reuse any part of the service without express consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PromptFlowAI is provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive to ensure reliability and relevance, we do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandro Gasparoto Consulting will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use PromptFlowAI.

9. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PromptFlowAI at any time if you breach these Terms or use the platform in a way that causes harm to its operation or reputation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
